About
Michael Seliger
AI engineer, solution architect and coach for development teams — based in Jena, working with companies across Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
Background
Over the past 16 years I have planned, optimised and delivered digital projects for mid-sized companies, family businesses and international brands — including construction, finance, retail and the public sector.
After many years in agency work and team leadership, I have been working independently since 2025. My technical home is e-commerce, CMS, apps, cloud, Kubernetes and system integration.
How I work
“Technical consulting has to be well-founded — but just as pragmatic, understandable and actionable for management and engineering teams alike.”
Holistic
Technology, organisation and cost are considered together.
Hands-on
I work in the code and the processes, not just in presentations.
Sustainable
Stable handovers, documented architectures, independent teams.
Transparent
Clear effort, clear deliverables, clear criteria for success.
